General Features
The ground floor includes an open plan living room with sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.It also has one double bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one family bathroom. Upstairs has four bedrooms (two with double bed and two with twin beds) with three family bathrooms (two ensuites). Patio doors on the ground floor are leading to a large terrace with a private swimming pool with sunbeds, dining and BBQ area.
Private Pool and Garden
The garden and pool are just for you. The garden is covered with grass, fruit trees and ornamental plants. The pool is 35 m2 in size and 1.50 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done by the gardener every day without disturbing you. It has garden furniture and a barbecue.
Kitchen
You can find whatever you have in your home and have a modernly designed kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, stovetop, toaster, toaster and tea machines, as well as 12-person dinner and serving sets and everything else.

On the ground floor of our villa there are 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds upstairs, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds on the upper floor. Each room has an air conditioning wardrobe.
Rules and extras
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the villa. Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00. Electricity, water, gas, internet and entrance cleaning are free. In addition, if requested; baby cot and high chair are provided.
Living Area
In the living area on the ground floor, there is a dining table, sitting group, LCD TV, DVD player, air conditioner, wireless internet modem.
Location
The villa is only a 10-minute walk from the center of Dalyan and all shops, restaurants, bars and the canal can be easily reached. Supermarket is 900 meters away. Like all villas in Dalyan, 12 km from Iztuzu beach. Dalaman Airport is 28 km.
