The villa is a duplex building with a total area of 585 m2 and a usable area of 165 m2 with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms-wc and 8 people capacity. On the ground floor; Terrace, open kitchen, living area, shared bathroom-wc and one bedroom, 3 bedrooms and balconies on the upper floor. The villa, pool and garden belong only to you, internet, electricity, water and gas are free
Private Pool and Garden
The garden and pool are only yours and invisible from the outside. The pool is 40 m2, with a depth of 1.5m. Pool maintenance is done by the gardener every day without disturbing you. There is a children's pool. There are 8 sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden is covered with grass, fruit trees and ornamental plants. It has garden furniture and a barbecue.

Features of the rooms
There is a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor of our villa. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. The first has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second has a double bed and the other has two single beds. All rooms have a wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and a balcony. There is also a shared bathroom and wc on the ground floor and the upper floor.

Kitchen
You can find whatever you have in your home and have a modernly designed kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, stovetop, toaster, toaster and tea machines, as well as 8-person dinner and serving sets and everything else.
Location
The villa is only a 10-minute walk from the center of Dalyan and all shops, restaurants, bars and the canal are easily accessible. Supermarket is 900 meters away. Like all villas in Dalyan, it is 12 km from Iztuzu beach. Dalaman Airport is 28 km.
Rules and Extras
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the villa. Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00. Electricity, water, gas, internet and entrance cleaning are free. In addition, if requested; baby cot and high chair are provided
