Villa Aymen is a private villa that you can reach the center of Dalyan in maximum 10 minutes on foot. It is very close to the Canal and the Way of Love. All your needs have been considered in the modernly furnished villa, ideal for families with children. Private Pool and Garden
The garden and pool are only yours and invisible from the outside. The pool is 40 m2, with a depth of 1.5m. Pool maintenance is done by the gardener every day without disturbing you. There is a children's pool. There are 8 sun loungers and umbrellas. The garden is covered with grass, fruit trees and ornamental plants. It has garden furniture and a barbecue.

The villa is a duplex building with a total area of 585 m2 and a usable area of 165 m2 with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms-wc and 8 people capacity. On the ground floor; Terrace, open kitchen, living area, shared bathroom-WC and one bedroom, 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom-WC on the upper floor. There is also an additional bed and baby cot. The villa, pool and garden belong only to you, internet, electricity, water and gas are free.

On the ground floor of our villa, there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. First one; en-suite bathroom, double clay bed, the second one with two single beds and the third one with a double bed. All rooms have a wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and a balcony. There is also a shared bathroom and wc on the ground floor and the upper floor.
Kitchen
You can find whatever you have in your home and have a modernly designed kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, stovetop, toaster, toaster and tea machines, as well as 8-person dinner and serving sets and everything else.
Location
The villa is only a 10-minute walk from the center of Dalyan and all shops, restaurants, bars and the canal are easily accessible. Supermarket is 900 meters away. Like all villas in Dalyan, it is 12 km from Iztuzu beach. Dalaman Airport is 28 km.
Rules and extras
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the villa. Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00. Electricity, water, gas, internet and entrance cleaning are free. In addition, if requested; baby cot and high chair are provided.
